2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the Kegel B.V. webshop.

3. Offers and Prices

• Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

• The offer is valid while stocks last.

• Errors and omissions excepted.

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are accepted upon receipt of payment.

• Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop.

5. Delivery

• We ship orders within the stated delivery time.

• Delays do not entitle you to compensation.

• Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

• Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product was delivered defective.

7. Complaints

• Complaints must be reported by email within 7 days of discovery.

• We will respond to a complaint within 14 days.

8. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount of the order, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure.

10. Applicable Law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
