1. Introduction
We naturally hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Kegel B.V. If not, you can often exercise your right of withdrawal. Below, you’ll find information on how our return process works.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. This period begins the day after you receive the order.

3. Exceptions
For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened bottles or packaging of alcoholic beverages cannot be returned. Only unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible for return.

4. Return Conditions

• The product is unopened and undamaged.

• The product is in its original packaging.

• You can provide proof of purchase.

• The return request has been reported to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

5. Return Process

1. Register your return via joost@kegelspirits.com with your order number and the reason for return (optional).

2. We will send you return instructions within 2 business days.

3. Package the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.

4. Send the package back to the specified return address.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

• For defective or incorrectly delivered products, we will reimburse the return costs.

7. Refund

• Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount (including original shipping costs) within 14 days via the payment method you used.
